Scott Schaffer - founder / principal

After studying architecture at UKZN in his native Durban, South Africa, Scott relocated to Southern California where he spent fifteen years working for two acclaimed architectural practices in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, working on some of the highest selling custom homes in Orange County, before founding Olivos Design Studio.

In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Cynthia, drawing inspiration from traveling and the outdoors, especially trips to Italy, and being involved with his local church community.
